The addition went to the right of the existing house and consisted of a full basement and 2-story living space with a second set of stairs. To finish off the exterior we extended the front porch and covered it with flagstone. The rear patio is actually ‘stamped concrete’ to look like a slate patio with a border of Belgian pavers. We kept the crown fascia details and used half-round gutter to match the existing house and re-sided the existing house.
