This project required extensive demolition to the point where only 2 original walls remained. We were more than fortunate in that during the whole process of ‘drying in’ the exterior we had 30 days with no rain. The owner did the design work for this house and I think he did a great job considering the complex details. By not changing the footprint from the original rancher we were able to forgo a lot of ‘red tape’ from a zoning/permitting standpoint.
