The exterior is a combination of veneer stone, hardi plank siding and copper flashings and gutter details. We added a large Master Bedroom Suite on the first floor and three bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor. The large screened in porch and raised deck are made from Ipe and the railings are made from Ipe and copper pipe. The small structure next to the chimney is a firebox, which can be loaded with wood from the outside and accessed on the inside.
